F3900 offers different white and varnish configurations with excellent adhesion, wear resistance and high brightness.
Three negative pressure control system
It is applicable to white ink, color ink and varnish ink respectively to ensure the fluidity of each color ink, prolong the service life of the nozzle and prevent blockage and sedimentation.
Compressed air reduced by 90%
The negative pressure control device reduces the use of compressed air by more than 90%, and effectively improves the service life of the air compressor.
Independent vacuum absorption table
The vacuum table of f3900 has six independent absorption zones, and each absorption zone can be freely controlled according to the size of the substrate, so as to reduce energy consumption.
Multilayer printing
Multi layer white and varnish can be printed at the same time. Now we can support 5-layer printing.
Unique auxiliary oil tank control technology
Prevent ink leakage in case of sudden power failure.
Automatic height adjustment
The fully automatic trolley lifting system and customized motor ensure the accurate positioning control of the whole platform and meet the printing requirements of different heights at any point.
Anti collision device
The car is equipped with anti-collision media detector. When the sensor detects an obstacle on the vacuum table, the printer will emergency stop the bracket to prevent damage to the magnetic head and protect personal safety.
Accurate stepping and positioning
The y-axis is equipped with double servo motor and the x-axis is equipped with linear drive motor, which can detect the misalignment of the front and rear sides and improve the stepping accuracy and workbench accuracy.
