P200 Maintenance Instructions

Daily Maintenance Contents

1. Clean the wiper blade and replace the water in the cleaning position every day;
2. After cleaning the print head every morning, gently scrub the surface and surrounding of the print head with non-woven fabric and cleaning solution to ensure that the whole print head base plate is cleaned
3. Clean the filter screen of the ink suction device every day;
4. Wipe the surface and surroundings of the machine with a rag every day;
5. Before starting the machine, check whether the air pressure is normal, whether there are abnormalities around the machine and whether there is ink leakage in the pipeline;
6. Check whether the negative pressure is abnormal after startup;

3-4 Days

1. Moisturizing tray cleaning;
2. Check whether there is ponding in the oil-water separator;

Weekly

1. Check sponge roller
2. If the machine is not used for a week, remove the nozzle for maintenance;
3. Tidy up the printer and computer

Monthly

1. Check whether the nozzle mounting screws are loose;
2. Check the nozzle filter and primary ink bucket filter and replace them in time;
3. Check the secondary ink cartridge, ink supply solenoid valve and ink pipe and replace them in time;
4. Check whether the liquid level switch of the secondary ink cartridge works normally;
5. Check and adjust the tightness of x-axis belt;
6. Check whether all limit switches work normally;
7. Check whether the connecting wires of all motors and boards are loose;

Annual Maintenance Contents

1. Check whether the nozzle mounting screws are loose;
2. Check the nozzle filter and primary ink bucket filter and replace them in time;
3. Check the secondary ink cartridge, ink supply solenoid valve and ink pipe and replace them in time;
4. Check whether the liquid level switch of the secondary ink cartridge works normally;
5. Check and adjust the tightness of x-axis belt;
6. Check whether all limit switches work normally;
7. Check whether the connecting wires of all motors and boards are loose;
